Job Overview

Garrett Popcorn Shops is seeking a highly skilled National Account Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing business and developing new business opportunities with national accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing business throughout the market
  • Develop new business including FDM+, specialty and C-Store with insights on taking specific retailers and channels direct or through new and existing distributor partners
  • Work consistently and daily with broker network
  • Deliver innovative, fact-based solutions and thought leadership to the company
  • Focus on achievement of assortment, price, merchandising, promotion, and trade
  • Customer P&L management
  • The ability to forecast accurately for a dynamic category and innovation working closing with Demand Planning, Category, and SC teams
  • Develop and deliver customer plans to achieve objectives within budget providing short & long-term solutions through best practices
  • Present plans and objectives quarterly to VP of Sales and annually to company
  • Collaborate with Garrett internal teams, specifically Marketing and Category to align with brand and category objectives and develop go-to-market retail strategy
  • Collaborate with Finance and Garrett internal teams to manage deductions, invoice accuracy, and efficient/timely payments
  • Accountable for contract and promotion management, new item setup, sales analysis, and financial analysis
  • Attend and support trade shows including Expo West and Sweets & Snacks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of CPG experience in Sales and Account Management
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with National Accounts, preferred not required
  • Understanding of CPG industry sector and competitive landscape
  • Excellent verbal, written, and negotiating skills
  • Strong presentation skills, required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, required
  • Ability to apply financial data to make decisions and influence outcomes
