Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Supervisor to join our team at Aspire Health Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational integrity and efficiency of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Program Integrity Reviews: Conduct concurrent and retrospective program integrity reviews to identify areas of practice variances and prioritize improvement activities.
  • Assist with Audits and Site Visits: Assist department leadership with audits and site visits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop Procedures and Practices: Develop procedures and organizational practices for service delivery and improved client care.
  • Implement Training and Education: Implement training and education activities to promote the Standards of Conduct and corporate initiatives of the Quality Management Performance Improvement & Risk Management Programs, Health and Safety Program, and Compliance Program.
  • Supervise Support Staff: Supervise the Risk Management/Client Relations support staff, including specialist positions, and assist in external reporting to outside regulatory agencies.
  • Assist with Departmental On-Call Responsibilities: Assist with the departmental on-call responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
  • Level II Background Clearance: Ability to receive and maintain a Level II Background clearance.
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration Driver's License Record: Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire's insurance company.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred (minimum of 5 years supervisory experience can substitute for degree).
  • Prior Supervisory Experience: Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills with Microsoft applications.
