Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Coordinator to join our team at Aspire Health Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational integrity and efficiency of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate the provision of care/services to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Provide timely leadership notification of potentially adverse situations and document incident-related observations in the Event Management System (EMS).
  • Prepare and provide regular reports to program leadership and various committees as required.
  • Support the Risk Management Department's daily operations and maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct.
Requirements
  • Ability to receive and maintain a Level II Background clearance.
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire's insurance company.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with clear communication.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to clearly and correctly document observations.
  • Ability to view video footage for extended periods of time.
  • Team player.
