Risk Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Supervisor to join our team at Aspire Health Partners. As a Risk Management Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational integrity and efficiency of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct concurrent and retrospective program integrity reviews to identify areas of practice variances and prioritize improvement activities.
- Assist department leadership with audits and site visits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop procedures and organizational practices for service delivery and improved client care.
- Implement training and education activities to promote the Standards of Conduct and corporate initiatives of the Quality Management Performance Improvement & Risk Management Programs, Health and Safety Program, and Compliance Program.
- Serve as a Risk Management representative and assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, presentations, and other special projects.
- Supervise the Risk Management/Client Relations support staff, including specialist positions, and assist in external reporting to outside regulatory agencies.
- Assist with departmental on-call responsibilities as needed.
- Ability to receive and maintain a Level II Background clearance.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire's insurance company.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (minimum of 5 years supervisory experience can substitute for degree).
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft applications.
