Risk Management Team Leader

This is a full-time role that necessitates travel to various Aspire locations.

Your Role: As the Risk Management Team Leader at Aspire Health Partners, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various responsibilities aimed at monitoring and assessing the quality of care and services provided, ensuring operational integrity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting both concurrent and retrospective program integrity reviews.
  • Identifying discrepancies in practices and prioritizing areas for improvement.
  • Assisting leadership with audits and site evaluations.
  • Developing protocols and organizational practices to enhance service delivery and client care.
  • Implementing training and educational initiatives.
  • Promoting the Standards of Conduct and corporate initiatives related to Quality Management, Performance Improvement, Risk Management, Health and Safety, and Compliance.
  • Acting as a representative for Risk Management, aiding in the preparation of reports, proposals, presentations, and special projects.
  • Supervising the Risk Management and Client Relations support staff, including specialist roles, and assisting with external reporting to regulatory bodies.
  • Providing support for departmental on-call responsibilities as necessary.
  • Ensuring all tasks are performed while upholding high standards of ethical and professional conduct in accordance with agency policies.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Level II Background clearance.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record as per Aspire's insurance guidelines.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; a minimum of five years of supervisory experience may substitute for the degree.
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications.
