Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop partnerships with key customers and Reps agencies to increase sales volume
  • Follow up and assure budget goals of assigned accounts are achieved
  • Understand and execute the sales strategy defined by the Sales Manager and Sales Director
  • Procure and provide feedback to Engineering on new trends of products and services offered in the Ladder industry
  • Interact on new product development, engineering, and process changes
  • Team up with Marketing to develop strategies that will help assigned accounts grow
  • Interact on pricing, market intelligence, Accounts Receivable, NPS, and projects related to customers
  • Attend and be responsible for assigned accounts trade shows
  • Interact with Logistics on activities such as procuring sales forecasts to Scheduling department, Distribution, and Customer Service for orders follow up
  • Develop the technical knowledge of our products and related safety procedures to the appropriate level to train customers, end users, REP agencies, and EHS personnel
  • Be accountable for and present monthly objectives, results, and projects follow up to Louisville Ladder's leadership
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Up to 25% travel required
  • Monday to Friday schedule
