- Follow up and assure budget goals of assigned accounts are achieved
- Understand and execute the sales strategy defined by the Sales Manager and Sales Director
- Procure and provide feedback to Engineering on new trends of products and services offered in the Ladder industry
- Interact on new product development, engineering, and process changes
- Team up with Marketing to develop strategies that will help assigned accounts grow
- Interact on pricing, market intelligence, Accounts Receivable, NPS, and projects related to customers
- Attend and be responsible for assigned accounts trade shows
- Interact with Logistics on activities such as procuring sales forecasts to Scheduling department, Distribution, and Customer Service for orders follow up
- Develop the technical knowledge of our products and related safety procedures to the appropriate level to train customers, end users, REP agencies, and EHS personnel
- Be accountable for and present monthly objectives, results, and projects follow up to Louisville Ladder's leadership
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Up to 25% travel required
