Sales Representative

Edward Don & Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales goals in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and achieve sales goals.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on customers, process orders, and maintain customer sales data.
- Stay informed on new products, pricing, and other general information to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Obtain and maintain customer contracts, ensure proper service, and follow-up on all customer accounts.
- Develop specific sales and pricing objectives for each account, quote selling price and credit terms for orders obtained, and prepare sales estimates and forecasts in a timely basis.
- Ensure adjustments and damaged merchandise complaints are handled promptly and within company guidelines.
- Maintain daily communication with internal departments, customers, factory representatives, and other outside sources.
- Display and/or demonstrate products using samples and catalogs to emphasize their features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain an active prospect list and attend sales meetings to stay informed on marketing data and sales strategies.
- High school diploma or equivalency with a minimum of 2-3 years of applicable experience in a similar sales-focused role.
- Reliable transportation and proof of insurance in accordance with DON's minimum coverage requirements.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with 2 years of applicable experience.
- SAP experience a plus.
