Wall Residences Inc is seeking full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide exceptional support in the field of behavioral health. We are committed to empowering children with Autism to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

As an RBT, you will collaborate closely with clients in various settings, including clinics and community environments, delivering high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our focus is on ethical, individualized treatment that emphasizes authenticity and teamwork. We are dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement tailored behavioral therapy programs using ABA strategies to enhance social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
  • Document progress, collect data, and maintain client records under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA).
  • Observe and assess client skills, gathering data to inform treatment goals.
  • Develop program materials as directed by the Clinical Supervisor.
  • Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss client progress.
  • Support and educate parents and caregivers on effective behavior management techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to achieve client objectives and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Engage in progress review meetings with the clinical team and family members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of billable activities.

  • Experience working with diverse populations across various backgrounds.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to follow directions and work autonomously.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Good judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • Reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Comfort in working with children exhibiting challenging behaviors.

Requirements

  • Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Current registered behavior technician credential in good standing or completion of required training within six months of hire.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check upon hire.
