Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand opportunities within existing clientele.

• Collaborate with current accounts to establish efficient processes for identifying patients and facilitating sample submissions.

• Oversee comprehensive customer service and account oversight.

• Ensure prompt acquisition of samples to meet client needs.

• Manage testing requirements for each customer within established accounts.

• Streamline the ordering process for current clients.

• Enhance customer service efficiency.

• Work in tandem with all sales roles to achieve company objectives and targets.

• Identify and nurture opportunities within oncology clients for GHI.

• Regularly assess the commercial landscape within assigned accounts to identify trends and relay customer insights to GHI leadership.

• Ensure that team goals are consistently achieved.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments within Guardant Health Inc.

• Uphold and represent the core values and culture of Guardant Health in all interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
