The Client Relationship Manager will serve as the primary contact for all assigned clients. This role involves coordinating and facilitating communication among all internal and external project team members. Daily activities will vary based on the needs of clients, brokers, and carriers.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client cases
- Take on the role of Project Manager for designated Enrollment Solutions projects
- Collaborate closely with the Client Manager to understand all aspects of client engagement
- Lead implementation discussions for Enrollment Solutions independently or in partnership with the Client Manager
- Oversee internal project management for relevant delivery scope, ensuring timelines are met and delivery remains on track (collaborating with technology, communications, Enrollment Counselors, and field teams)
- Work alongside the Client Manager to prepare content for weekly call agendas and address escalation items
- Manage daily project activities throughout the program lifecycle
- Define program governance controls
- Plan the overall program and monitor progress
- Identify and manage risks and issues, discussing resource options with the Director of Client Services
- Coordinate projects and their interdependencies, both internal and external
- Manage and utilize resources across various projects
- Facilitate stakeholder communication
- Align deliverables with project goals in collaboration with the Client Manager and Director of Client Services
- Maintain the primary project plan

Compensation Transparency:
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $83,000 annually.
The actual salary will vary based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
This position is also eligible for participation in Aon's annual incentive plans, which provide the opportunity for an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.Employee Support:
