Position Overview:

We are looking for a Guest Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to our members while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Welcome new members to our fitness center, assisting them with membership registration and front desk operations.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure precise payroll processing.
  • Support the financial tracking process by providing necessary information.
  • Maintain accurate records for locker and towel service programs and inventory management.
  • Assist in generating accurate membership reports and conducting monthly audits.
  • Address member inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Help maintain a clean and well-stocked fitness center environment.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma.
  • Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Google applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • CPR/First Aid certifications within 90 days of hire.
