About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Supervisor to join our team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food preparation and production meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Team Members: Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure that the kitchen and all equipment are clean, organized, and in good working order.
  • Food Cost Control: Work closely with culinary leadership to maintain food costs within established parameters.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Partner with team members and restaurant managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years of experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with others and lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Attentive and detail-oriented with basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions.
