Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen, with a proven track record of leadership and culinary expertise.
  • Certifications: Serve Safe Certified and a strong knowledge of craft beer and food pairings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with kitchen staff, management, and guests.
  • Physical Demands: Physically capable of lifting and moving at least 50 pounds, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
