About the Role

The Culinary Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the food service team at KeyBank Center, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team, maintain high-quality food standards, and ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of food service professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Culinary Excellence: Maintain high-quality food standards, ensuring that all menu items meet our culinary expectations.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the efficient operation of the kitchen, including food preparation, production, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are properly stored and rotated.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Partner with team members and restaurant managers to ensure that guest needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years of experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with others, lead in a fast-paced environment, and make sound decisions.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Basic math skills, ability to understand and follow recipe measurements and proportions.
  • Physical Demands: Manual dexterity, ability to lift and carry large pans, and stand/walk for extended periods.
