Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Vensure Employer Solutions. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining a positive reputation for the resort.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, staff, and management, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of front desk operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, some college.
  • Experience: Minimum two years experience as a Front Desk Agent, preferably in a 3-4 star style resort.
  • Skills: Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal; basic arithmetic skills; familiarity with yield management; ability to prioritize and organize, work cohesively with co-workers, and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
