About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our Front Office operations at the Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of Front Office operations, including guest service, check-in and check-out processes, and room assignments.
  • Provide timely and courteous service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist guests with special requests, such as room changes or amenities.
  • Ensure all Front Desk staff are properly trained and equipped to handle guest inquiries and requests.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest stays, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and special requests.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a Front Office or hospitality role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
