Position Overview: Front Desk Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assess visitors and clients
- Maintain an accurate visitor register and other front desk documentation
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately
- Organize, draft correspondence, and distribute important notices
- Uphold community regulations and property guidelines
- Ensure the front entrance and reception area are well-kept
- Oversee surveillance camera operations
- Carry out additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Adaptability and eagerness to acquire new skills
- Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Physical Expectations:
- Ability to perform computer-based tasks and sit for extended periods
- Occasional standing, walking, and lifting of items up to 15 pounds
- Willingness to work varied hours
