Position Overview: Front Desk Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assess visitors and clients
  • Maintain an accurate visitor register and other front desk documentation
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately
  • Organize, draft correspondence, and distribute important notices
  • Uphold community regulations and property guidelines
  • Ensure the front entrance and reception area are well-kept
  • Oversee surveillance camera operations
  • Carry out additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Adaptability and eagerness to acquire new skills
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Physical Expectations:

  • Ability to perform computer-based tasks and sit for extended periods
  • Occasional standing, walking, and lifting of items up to 15 pounds
  • Willingness to work varied hours
