Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee customer account management and maintain strong relationships.
  • Handle order processing, product design (no software expertise needed), pricing strategies, cost evaluations, and assist in production scheduling.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Willingness to learn about manufacturing capabilities.
  • Experience in pricing development and cost analysis.
  • Strong numerical aptitude, including comfort with decimals and fractions.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on precision.
  • Adept at multitasking in a dynamic team environment while also working independently.
  • Engage in frequent communication with customers, both internal and external, providing a hands-on approach to service.

Educational Background:
  • High School diploma is mandatory.
  • A college degree is preferred, especially in business or accounting.

Job Type:
Contract

Compensation:
$16.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
  • 8-hour shifts.

Experience Requirements:
  • 3 years in customer service (preferred).
  • 2 years in inside sales (preferred).
  • 1 year in production planning (preferred).
  • 1 year in account management (preferred).
