- Train and develop front desk staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and maintain front desk operations, including cash handling and inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of related work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
