Sales Representative - Medford, Oregon

Location: Medford, Oregon (Remote Outside Sales)

YOUR ROLE: BSN Sports is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative in Medford, Oregon. This position involves managing the complete sales cycle within your designated area while providing exceptional service to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver top-notch, consultative customer service to coaches across your territory.
  • Achieve revenue goals and meet sales growth objectives.
  • Identify and qualify leads within your territory to create additional sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation initiatives.
  • Enhance sales within existing accounts by catering to all sports at various levels.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to recognize new trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain your account list and travel within your assigned territory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience using an iPad for business purposes.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possession of a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, preferably in the sporting goods sector, or a background in coaching/sports.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Demonstrated involvement in the local community.
