Job Location:
Medford, Oregon (Remote Outside sales but must currently reside in the location full time.)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Representative in Medford, Oregon. This role is essential for managing the complete sales cycle within your designated area and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding, consultative customer service to coaches throughout your territory, striving to enhance their experience.
  • Achieve revenue targets and drive sales growth.
  • Identify and qualify leads in your territory to create additional sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation initiatives.
  • Expand sales within existing accounts by engaging with all sports at various levels.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to uncover new trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain and manage your account portfolio while traveling within your assigned territory.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience using an iPad for business purposes.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Possession of a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.

Preferred:
  • 3+ years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, preferably in the sporting goods sector, or a background in coaching/sports.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Demonstrated involvement in the local community.
