Job Summary

This role leads a geographically assigned team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors and their teams, responsible for driving sales growth and customer acquisition in the residential market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage and monitor functions relative to staff, including selection, training, development, performance evaluation, discipline, termination, and salary/status change recommendations.
  • Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable for meeting performance standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of Outside Sales or related work experience.
  • Strong technical and computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales Supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of Direct Sales practices.
  • Experience with consumer education of products and services.
  • Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services.
