Sales Manager

This position leads a geographically assigned team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors and their teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales team, including setting goals and objectives, and monitoring performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.
- Manage and monitor functions relative to staff, including selection, training, development, performance evaluation, discipline, termination, and salary/status change recommendations.
- Identify knowledge and training gaps within the sales team and develop plans to address these gaps.
- Be familiar with reporting and analytics necessary to drive and support business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years' of Outside Sales or related work experience.
- Strong technical and computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to work outside for extended periods in any season and/or during inclement weather.
- Sales Supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Direct Sales practices.
- Experience with consumer education of products and services.
- Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services.
