Job Title: Front Desk Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Representative to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
  • Act as an ambassador for the building, greeting guests with a smile and enthusiasm, and coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and other guest interactions.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is stocked with supplies, clean, and organized.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist with merchandise sales, including restocking and maintaining inventory.
  • Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts, as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
