Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultations with buyers and sellers to identify their preferences and requirements for a home, then locate suitable properties.
  • Collect local community insights to effectively address client inquiries regarding potential homes.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with leads to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Draft written purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate a smooth closing process.
  • Prospect for new leads to foster business growth.
  • Continuously gather local community information to answer client questions about prospective homes.
  • Implement a systematic follow-up process to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients to drive additional sales.
