  • Customer Service Excellence: Cultivate strong relationships with wine club members, driving sales and enhancing member retention.
  • Professional Communication: Engage with members in a knowledgeable and courteous manner, aligned with the winery's vision.
  • Database Management: Oversee the wine club database, ensuring efficient fulfillment processes and managing special orders.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Member Relations: Assist club members with special requests and maintain engagement with those considering membership cancellation.
  • Program Development: Create and implement marketing strategies, pricing models, and special events to enhance the wine club experience.
  • Event Coordination: Organize wine club events and group bookings, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate pricing and maintain relationships with vendors for events.
  • Feedback Analysis: Regularly evaluate guest feedback and provide insights for improvement.
  • Promotional Strategies: Develop monthly promotions targeting specific groups and maintain an informative website regarding wines and events.
  • Representation: Act as a representative of the winery at club events, providing support as needed.
  • Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Department Oversight: Stay informed about departmental activities, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
  • Industry Awareness: Keep abreast of competitors and best practices in direct-to-consumer sales.
  • Leadership: Exhibit strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in managing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Technical Proficiency: High level of proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS and database applications.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and achieve objectives without supervision.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and follow-through.
  • Wine Knowledge: A solid understanding and appreciation of wine is essential for this role.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required with a clean driving record.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in retail or wine hospitality management and sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
