Position Overview
The Bartender plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests. Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up, stocking, organizing, cleaning, and breaking down the bar area efficiently.
  • Engaging with guests to accurately take, ring, and expedite drink orders.
  • Expertly crafting classic and innovative cocktails, ensuring proper proportions and preparation methods.
  • Quickly and accurately preparing beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor while interacting with members, guests, and team members, ensuring all beverage duties are executed with tact and efficiency.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to follow directions, adapt, and learn new techniques.
  • A keen attention to detail and patience.
  • A positive, professional attitude and an outgoing personality.
  • The capability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in fine dining service.
  • Adherence to club standards and policies.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume, fine-dining setting, with a strong understanding of beverages, mixed cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
  • Completion of an accredited Bartender Training Program is advantageous.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekends and holidays.
  • TIPS certification for bar safety training.
  • The physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
The pay rate for this position is $22.00 per hour. Please note that our establishment has a no-tipping policy.
