About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Premium Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our premium beverage areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our premium beverage areas, including the vintner pouring program and cocktail sampling program.
  • Supervise and train vintners and bar staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Coordinate with vintners and sponsorship representatives to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vintners, sponsors, guests, and team members.
  • Act as an ambassador for Compass Group, North America, and Levy, exemplifying best-in-class hospitality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on liquor, beer, wine, and menu offerings, as well as presentation and packaging.
  • Ensure all locations meet appearance guidelines and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide friendly, efficient service and respond to guest, vintner, and sponsorship representative needs and requests.
  • Complete all required paperwork, reports, and logs for events.
  • Ability to work in a VIP environment while adhering to all company media and conduct policies.
  • Conduct all work and managing with a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion.
  • Enforce all Levy policies and standards and report employee infractions or irregularities to management for immediate and effective follow-up training or disciplinary support.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Complete required company alcohol service training.
  • Wine knowledge required. Introductory sommelier certification preferred.
  • Certification in Hospitality preferred.
  • Always on time and ready to perform all required duties in uniform.
  • Lifts and transports up to 40 lbs.
  • Walks and stands during entire shift.
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with managers, guests, and teammates by speaking and comprehending English.
  • English reading, writing, computer, and math skills required.
  • Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership or wine-related role.
Attendance
  • Attend all Levis Stadium events at scheduled shift time.
  • Attend all Set up/Breakdown at scheduled shift time.
  • Stamina to work 40+ hours per week or more as business dictates.
  • Must be flexible with schedule and able to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
