ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure adherence to operational standards
  • Facilitate monthly departmental meetings to implement new protocols
  • Address guest and employee inquiries promptly
  • Delegate tasks to staff, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with policies
  • Manage guest requests and uphold service excellence
  • Assist with wage assessments and oversee recruitment processes
  • Supervise housekeeping personnel and operations
  • Provide training and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks
  • Oversee inventory management and report maintenance needs
  • Perform housekeeping duties as required
  • Manage lost and found items
  • Complete any additional assigned responsibilities

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directly oversee front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance teams as directed by the General Manager. Responsibilities encompass recruitment, training, task assignment, performance evaluation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Select Service or Extended Stay properties preferred
  • Experience with brand standards is advantageous
  • Proficient in inventory management, scheduling, and ordering processes
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Open availability is essential
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred; relevant experience will also be considered
