Job Title: Senior Emerging Technology Solutions Specialist

Cushman & Wakefield National Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Emerging Technology Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for contributing to and managing Emerging Technology Programs and Projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Business to understand needs, requirements, and use cases for Emerging Technology.
  • Develop insight into new Emerging Technologies that impact the CRE Market and look broader at other markets.
  • Manage relationships with Partners, Internal, and External.
  • Engage with Start Ups to complete Evaluations and Solution Analysis.
  • Manage the lifecycle of concepts, pilots, and projects.
  • Communicate Emerging Technology Strategy and develop presentations and newsletters outlining business impact.
  • Lead projects for the integration of Emerging Technologies.
  • Ensure all projects follow defined governance processes and change management methodologies with a strong focus on Project Reporting and Analytics.
Requirements:
  • Effective management and direction of diverse and often distributed teams across all regions in support of business and technology projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Emerging Technologies and their applications in the CRE Market.
