Position Overview:


Diverse Lynx is in search of a seasoned Senior Solutions Architect who will oversee the technological vision and foster senior-level collaborations with business and delivery partners across various initiatives.

This leadership role in architecture seeks candidates with expertise in cross-product integration, event-driven frameworks, microservices, domain-specific APIs, and hybrid cloud solutions.

Familiarity with big data technologies is essential, along with a proven track record in guiding and leading new implementations and transitions from legacy systems.

The Senior Solutions Architect will be a pivotal leader responsible for formulating and executing the technical strategy for a range of products.

Daily responsibilities will involve intricate and multifaceted interactions with product managers and multiple delivery teams.

The architect will collaborate with various teams to design highly scalable, adaptable, and robust architectures that address business challenges and promote the adoption of contemporary technologies, thereby minimizing total ownership costs through strategies like cloud-first solutions.

In partnership with product managers and stakeholders, the role will drive value delivery across a defined portfolio of products.

As a trusted solutions architect, the position offers the chance to influence and implement strategies that create healthcare solutions impacting millions.

The role requires adeptness in engaging, communicating, and collaborating with other teams within Diverse Lynx, including delivery, product, platform, and professional services, while also representing the work at both individual and team levels to technology and business executives.

Must be willing to travel at least 20% for business purposes.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience with BOT technologies and AI/Client to facilitate consumer-facing chat and voice bot interactions, along with exposure to ABM with third-party applications.
  • Extensive design, implementation, and consulting experience with large-scale enterprise applications - 5 years.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-business product teams to drive business value and developing enterprise application architectures that meet diverse business needs in complex environments - 5 years.
  • Ability to create and implement technology strategies, refine business products for technical features per strategy, and track total implementation and ownership costs for business initiatives - 3 years.
  • Experience leveraging loosely coupled microservices, event-driven architecture, domain APIs, data externalization, digital performance, application integration, and stability while reducing total ownership costs, all delivered following Agile principles (DevOps & CI/CD) - 3 years.
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCS, as well as experience with open-source software, virtual platforms, software development, and operational management practices - 3 years.

Experience in guiding, developing, and utilizing Reference Architecture and Technology Standards that enhance user experience - 3 years.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional team members to develop architectures that enable personalized messaging and BOT experiences for consumers, facilitating self-service and automating customer service functions. The architect must excel in analyzing business requirements and aligning with enterprise resources, evaluating options, and communicating risks and trade-offs to produce high-level solution architectures that empower delivery teams while considering AI/Client opportunities and performance implications.
  • Support architecture for deep linking from app to web and cross-domain web deep links in a complex environment with multiple portals for high-visibility, revenue-impacting initiatives.
  • Independently conduct research and discovery of complex enterprise-level challenges, including investigation and documentation of the current state, product roadmaps that influence and shape future directions, and identifying gaps in those roadmaps.
  • Cultivate relationships with business and consumer product teams while developing strong partnerships with delivery teams.

Responsible for assisting Journey owners with ideation, elaboration, EPIC creation, feature development, and grooming for the assigned journey, while also estimating and planning execution for the identified work with delivery teams.
