Overview: The Senior Emerging Technology Analyst is tasked with overseeing and contributing to various Emerging Technology Programs and Projects at Cushman & Wakefield National Corp. This role involves collaborating with business units to identify needs, requirements, and use cases related to Emerging Technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain insights into new Emerging Technologies that influence the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) sector while also exploring applications in other industries.
- Foster and maintain relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Engage with startups to conduct evaluations and perform solution analyses.
- Oversee the lifecycle of proof of concepts, pilot programs, and various projects.
- Communicate the Emerging Technology Strategy effectively, including the development of presentations and newsletters that highlight business impacts.
- Lead initiatives for the integration of Emerging Technologies within the organization.
- Ensure all projects adhere to established governance processes and change management methodologies, with a strong emphasis on project reporting and analytics.
