About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at The Bergaila Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Business Development Director and operational teams to ensure business goals and objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement a territory management strategy to maximize sales potential.
  • Pursue and build client contact relationships to ensure full discovery of existing and forecasted staffing needs.
  • Develop and execute new account/opportunity sales development strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between contractors and clients to ensure fulfillment of Bergaila service offerings.
  • Manage database systems and update client information as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven sales-oriented work background with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated career successes in a sales or business development role.
  • Ability to travel to client sites 75% of the time.
  • Assertive, solutions-oriented, and outcome-driven work style.
