Position Overview

Client Relations Specialist

Compensation: $62,400/YR + 10% Bonus Potential

The Client Relations Specialist will support the Sales and Service teams in delivering exceptional service to all TOMRA clients.

Key responsibilities will include traveling to meet with end users, store personnel, and management to evaluate, support, and enhance all TOMRA initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
  • Ensuring overall client satisfaction at the store level for designated accounts, encompassing customer service and promotional activities.
  • Assisting in ongoing marketing strategies aimed at boosting throughput and volume.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction (Sales, Service, Material Recovery, Billing, and Bar Code Department).
  • Addressing product or service issues by clarifying client complaints; identifying the root cause; selecting and articulating the most effective solution; expediting corrections or adjustments; and following up to confirm resolution.
  • Mapping territory coverage and coordinating meetings with clients.
  • Enhancing and maintaining daily reports on uptime, store scans, and IFS CRM production.
  • Conducting regular store visits as per management directives.
  • Tracking and reporting on all client interactions consistently.
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures as outlined in handbooks and other communications.
  • Performing additional duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

A college degree is preferred along with 2-4 years of experience in a business environment.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Fluency in English is required. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred. Ability to read and understand simple instructions, write basic correspondence, and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
