About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Sales Representative to join our team at Thryv. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing a base of SaaS clients within a geographic area by acquiring new customers through effective consulting and recommending of solutions that utilize our suite of SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new SaaS customers by following established sales processes, including providing sound recommendations through a consultative approach.
  • Use the appropriate systems to complete all paperwork associated with new and assigned accounts within the timeframes established.
  • Attend sales meetings and training to stay up-to-date on the latest sales strategies and techniques.
  • Customarily and regularly engage with clients in-person at the client's place of business, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of related experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Leadership qualities, excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, decision-making, customer service, and negotiating skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new programs.
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
