About the Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you will take on a dynamic and challenging position as Head of Sales Development at Michael Page in Philadelphia. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in business development, seeking to grow their skills and advance their careers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead generation within your designated target market and territory
  • Develop close partnerships with clients to deliver tailored solutions that drive business growth
  • Mentor and guide entry-level sales consultants across the office
  • Negotiate commercial terms and rates with clients
  • Closure of deals is required
Key Requirements
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
  • Strong interpersonal and commercial skills, with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement
