Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage collaboratively with legal professionals and clients to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage litigation-related tasks, including the preparation of legal documents, court filings, and trial coordination.
  • Leverage legal research tools and resources for effective document management.
  • Execute administrative functions such as calendar management, invoice processing, and service scheduling.
  • Support billing and collections processes, ensuring precision and uniformity.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are systematically indexed and readily available for litigation purposes.
  • Coordinate with external counsel, experts, and witnesses to facilitate depositions, hearings, and trials.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation support.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, legal software, and research applications.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new skills in a dynamic environment.
