Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work with all levels of management to resolve complex issues
  • Participate in extended training program to meet assessment requirements
  • Meet key performance metrics and adhere to quality and productivity standards

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Windows 7/10 operating system and MS Office suite
  • Ticketing system experience (Footprints)
  • Previous phone support experience via Help Desk (2-4 years of experience)
  • Strong problem resolution skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
