Description:
Assist users in resolving hardware and software issues by fielding telephone calls and email communication, diagnosing problems, and performing troubleshooting activities. Document, track, and monitor problems to facilitate timely resolutions. Work under immediate supervision and may require an associate's degree in a related area.

Responsibilities:
Imaging, configuration, and deployment of new devices. Data migration from existing to new devices, as well as updating Treasury systems for device tracking and inventory. Systems used are SCCM and Provance. Provide excellent customer service as defined in the client service level agreement and demonstrated collaborative relationships within Information Services. Deliver a high level of customer service and professional interaction with internal customers, management, and administration.
