Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Invited Clubs. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Banquet Chef with oversight of the banquet cook/kitchen staff and ensuring the production of high-quality food for our banquets and events.

Responsibilities

Assist the Banquet Chef in planning and executing banquets and events
Oversee the preparation and presentation of food for banquets and events
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the banquet kitchen
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and improve existing ones

Requirements

2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume banquet setting
Health and Sanitation Card
STAR Training
Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions
