Job Summary

The Won't Stop Hospitality Chef de Cuisine is responsible for leading the culinary team and ensuring the highest standards of quality in all aspects of daily operations. This role requires strong leadership and supervisory skills, as well as the ability to motivate staff and inspire teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop staff to uphold and promote the Company's mission and objectives.
  • Execute the culinary vision as defined by the Executive Culinary Team.
  • Maintain the safety, sanitation, and sacredness of the kitchen, food prep, and food storage areas.
  • Coach and train staff to continuously elevate the market perception of Won't Stop Hospitality.
  • Supervise subordinate staff and assist the GM with employment actions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years related experience required, management experience preferred.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them to staff.
  • Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
