Job Summary

Columbia Club Inc. is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
  • Participate in menu planning and development to ensure that dishes meet the club's high standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServSafe certification.
  • Previous experience in a fine dining environment.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a hot and humid environment.
