We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Patient Services Coordinator for a thriving Dermatology practice.

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, with no weekend or major holiday shifts.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Welcome patients warmly and with a positive demeanor.
  • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs while scheduling follow-up visits.
  • Accurately gather and update patient demographic information.
  • Confirm insurance eligibility and benefits for patients.
  • Process co-payments and outstanding balances.
  • Prepare charts, and assist with scanning and indexing medical records, along with other assigned tasks.
**Qualifications:**
  • Experience in a medical office setting is essential.
  • Proficiency in insurance verification and eligibility processes is required.
  • Comfort in handling co-payments, deductibles, and outstanding balances is necessary.
  • Excellent phone manners and customer service skills are a must.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
