Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ultrasound Technologist Lead to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at INTEGRIS Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the ultrasound imaging process, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ultrasound Imaging: Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, perform a wide range of technical procedures, and ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
  • Leadership and Coordination: Plan and coordinate scheduling, employee shift scheduling, ordering of supplies, and reviews of protocols to ensure they are up-to-date.
  • Quality Control: Perform daily quality control checks on equipment and generate monthly reports of results.
  • Training and Development: Provide instruction and technical assistance to ultrasound technologists, and assist in conducting employee orientation and evaluations.
  • Accreditation and Compliance: Coordinate and monitor compliance with ACR/ICAVL accreditations and ensure all instruments are decontaminated and stored properly.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Current RDMS or RDCS certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography required.
  • Experience: 2 years experience as an Ultrasound Technologist, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English (written/verbal).
Work Environment

This position requires standing or walking for most of the time, with occasional physical efforts required to move equipment and handle patients. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
