Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Experience
    • Deliver personalized patient care and attention to detail in all interactions, both in-person and over the phone.
    • Ensure patients feel welcome and valued throughout their visit.
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Efficiently schedule new and existing patients for dental treatment, ensuring timely and accurate appointments.
    • Coordinate patient flow and manage waiting areas to minimize wait times.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Collect and process patient payments, updating patient ledgers accurately.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographics, insurance information, and health history.
    • Perform various administrative tasks, such as laundry, trash removal, and restocking supplies, as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Make outbound calls to patients to confirm upcoming appointments and ensure seamless communication.
    • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient care and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting.
  • Proven customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team-oriented environment.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday.
