Integris LLC is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional patient care and service in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting.
  • Assist with cashier procedures and basic accounting tasks.
  • Manage clinic check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Provide basic health insurance information and answer patient inquiries.
  • Utilize medical terminology and coding systems (CPT and ICD-9) to accurately document patient information.

**Requirements:**

  • 1 year of clerical experience preferred.
  • Experience with cashier procedures, basic accounting, and clinic check-in/out procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of health insurance, HMO, PPO, and medical terminology.
  • 6 months of customer service experience and 6 months of telephone customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).

**Certification Requirements:**

  • For clinic staff assigned duties of entering orders in the electronic medical records, certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
