Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled I&E Planning and Scheduling Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing integrated project schedules, auditing field progress, and assisting in the development of document control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Audit field progress to identify and address any issues or discrepancies
  • Assist in the development of document control procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Develop data for progress and productivity tracking to inform project decisions
  • Assist in short-term planning and look-ahead planning to ensure project alignment with company goals
  • Responsible for schedule-related documentation and resolution of technical and scope discrepancies
  • Utilize various data from databases and information from other systems to validate and maintain accuracy of integrated schedules and histograms

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical and instrumentation planning and scheduling, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A DISA background is required for this position.
