Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Market Expansion Leader for our Provider Partnerships team in the San Francisco territory. This role will be responsible for driving growth within assigned accounts and contributing to regional and market profit & loss statements.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build intimate relationships with provider clients to understand their strategy and business needs.
  • Influence team members across the matrix to develop approaches that increase value delivery.
  • Present value stories consistent with client strategies to various levels within the client organization.
  • Negotiate renewals, contractual agreements, and performance guarantees.
  • Ensure service and delivery commitments are met.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic leadership or related roles within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and business leaders to drive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success building deep relationships with external clients.
  • A high level of understanding of the healthcare market, specifically in the provider market.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time based on business need within a 200-300 miles radius of your territory.
Benefits
