Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director for Ecommerce Expansion to lead our next phase of growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with our brand and mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrated Marketing Strategy: Oversee and lead omni-channel marketing strategy, planning, and execution for The Foggy Dog, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Retention Marketing: Develop and execute a comprehensive retention marketing strategy that drives long-term value through email, SMS, direct mail, and loyalty programs.
  • Performance Marketing: Lead a performance marketing strategy encompassing paid social, paid search, affiliates, and emerging channels, managing agencies and contractors to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Ecommerce Development: Develop and execute an ecommerce roadmap that delivers a best-in-class shopping experience, optimizing core funnel metrics through CRO and UX/UI testing.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in ecommerce and marketing, including owning and strategically driving ecommerce;
  • Previous P&L ownership of a $30M+ direct-to-consumer ecommerce business;
  • Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO, Klaviyo, Google ads, Meta, and TikTok;
  • BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred;

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave, as well as a generous product allowance and the ability to bring your dog to work.
