As a Senior Automotive Repair Specialist, you will oversee the restoration of damaged vehicle bodies and components, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:
3+ years of relevant automotive technician experience
Preferred CSI and Quality scores above regional average
Proficiency in all vehicle maintenance services
Team-oriented with the ability to handle complex tasks repetitively
Minimum age of eighteen
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background)

Responsibilities:
Execute tasks outlined on vehicle repair orders according to manufacturer standards
De-trim, disassemble, and repair vehicles with urgency and precision
Assist in identifying and sourcing necessary parts and materials
Meet or exceed productivity requirements of the Collision Center
Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition

Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations impacting body shop operations, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know regulations.
